Limited Priority Slots for Low and Middle-Income Country Participants
We are offering 10 priority registration slots to support participation from low and middle-income countries, as defined by the World Bank.
Within this group, priority will be given to:
①Applicants from low-income countries
②If slots remain, applicants from middle-income countries
Participants who wish to apply for this priority slot must indicate their country of residence during registration. After completing the registration, please submit supporting documentation (e.g., a copy of the passport in PDF format) via email to: isin2025@huddle-inc.jp.
These slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis among applications received by deadline, August 31, 2025.
Please note that the above costs do not include bank fees. Bank charges must be covered by the payee.

For written cancellations received before August 31, 2025, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be possible. All refunds will be processed within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
