Registration Information
To attend the academic congress, you must register through the “Participation Registration System” available on our website.
Please carefully read the information below before proceeding.
Please note: Even if you plan to attend in person, registration through the system is required.
Registration Period
Monday, July 7 - Saturday, September 13, 5:00 p.m. (JST)
Please note: Luncheon seminars require advance reservation.
As part of our efforts to reduce food waste, lunch boxes will be prepared only for participants who have made reservations in advance.
You may still attend the seminar without a reservation if seats are available, but lunch cannot be guaranteed.
We kindly ask that you reserve in advance.

Participation Fees
Please note: Fees are tax-exempt for members. A 10% tax will be added for non-members.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club.
As a general rule, payment must be made by credit card online. Other payment methods are not accepted.
Please note: We do not issue refunds after registration is completed, regardless of the reason.
Changes to Registration Information / Cancellations / Refunds
To update your personal information, please log in with your ID and password and click the “Edit Account Information” button.
Please note: Your participation category cannot be changed after registration. Be sure to select the correct category at the time of registration.
Cancellations are not accepted after registration, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Name Badge, Participation Certificate, and Receipt
1) If you register in advance (online or on-site)
Please bring a printout or screenshot of the “QR code from your registration confirmation” to the venue.
You will receive your name badge and participation certificate at the venue.
Participants who have completed pre-registration and payment can download the following the system:
- Receipt for participation fee
- Participation certificate
Please Note: Participation certificates and receipts will not be mailed. Please download and print them from your Confit account page.
2) If you register at the venue on the day of the event:
You will receive your participation certificate and receipt at the reception desk.
Program and Abstract Booklet
Program booklets will be distributed at the venue after you receive your name badge.
Please Note: Members of the Japan Sports Orthopaedic Association will be provided with a password to access the abstract collection online once it becomes available.

Credit registration will be available at the same location from 7:30 a.m. on Friday to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
